Clemens’ teaching philosophy closely reflects TU Delft’s approach to engineering education: learning by questioning, designing and doing. Students are encouraged to connect fundamental scientific principles with open-ended, real-world engineering challenges, critically examine assumptions and learn through experimentation. By bringing materials, manufacturing and design together, his teaching aims to develop independent and creative engineers who can translate scientific understanding into responsible technological solutions.
